Sled Repair Day

Today was sled repair day. A lot of progress was made, the sleds are about 90% done.

Efforts were combined by a 1/2 dozen members. George milled some lumber and Leo and Jake's guided the others as they tooled the runners. Lisa made clam chowder and apple crisp. We can Hardly wait for Winter fest.Hope we have lots of extended family home to enjoy.

Long Johns Ready?

Saturday is sled repair day.
Multi hands make light work , plus lunch will be served.
Leo has pulled out the sleds , we need to get them up and ready before winter fest.

Caroling

Caroling was a wonderful and humbling experiance. We had a nice little group turn out. Trishia and Donald teamed their drafts for the wagon. Some of the Nursing home folks were waiting at the windows. They all seemed to enjoy our attempt at caroling.
